How do you find time to study?

Sorry, this might seem low effort (it probably is), but I wanted to hear from you guys.

I somewhat understand how to study: Main videos > make notes > revise > cut down > make notes of your notes > attempt GTs > mistake book > revise > revise some more.

But how do you guys find time to do all this?

I barely get about 4 hours to study on a good day. Videos take long to finish, even more when making notes. And by that time, I would have somewhat forgotten what I learnt.

The only hobby I have is gym and one episode of any TV show on the weekend. Did you guys have to quit your hobbies for this? How did you manage to do so much in little time? Is there hope for an average student?
