what mix/sets are essential to listen to?

I want to listen to the most important techno sets (any period in techno history), what should I listen to? I am relatively new to techno and want to listen to the best sets.

currently listening to Jeff Mills at Liquid Room, Tokyo since I saw that mentioned often.
