Can you get shadow banned on wizz?

I had accounts before and got suspended for 12 hours then a week because people didn't like me having a preference for chubby women, but anyway, after that I would even make new accounts and not one person would reply to my messages or message me, and I couldn't even buy coins they just got refunded, but nowhere on my account does It say I'm banned or restricted.
