Teto Plush questions.

was looking for a website to purchase a teto plush, but most were selling it from anywhere between $40-300. I love the goober but that feels like way too much. This website sells it for less than $20 and i was wondering if it is at all reputable. There aren't any reviews so it's kinda hard to tell.
