Hi Everyone!

We will be meeting at **New Story Brewery** today, **Saturday (Dec. 6th) 3-5** to discuss everyone's favorite duo: **Carl and Donut.**

If you want to hear about the book that just hit top 10 on audible and had the 4th highest funded Kickstarter for a comic book, then this is the time to do it! Everyone is welcome. ♥

This book will have you laughing, crying, and making everyone around you wonder if you're maybe a bit crazy.

**The meeting will be structured as follows:**

* 15 minute recap of book 2
* 30 minutes- discuss favorite scenes from book 2 (play a few funny audio clips**,** read reviews, show fan art)
* 30 minutes- discussion of themes and character development for book 1 and 2 only
* **45 minute- Full spoiler section.** We will split into two groups (those reading the books for the first time and those of us who have completed them and going back through).
   * These discussion are completely open ended and we will talk about things we noticed and story predictions

Everyone is welcome and hopefully, even if you don't find the book club interesting you'll fall in love with the venue. Anyone you need to bring along with you can spend time on the retro arcade machines or enjoying their own book in the library. They have absolutely amazing tacos and if you get there early they are discounted.

The first comment below has links to the artists, ways to consume the book, and a link to the rsvp. You don't have to sign up but we will save you a seat if you do. Last time we had 17 people attend, there's always room for more! **Glurp, Glurp, my friends.**
