Platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and even big outsourcing firms haven’t solved this:

Engineers get underpaid.

So I’m building something different.

A model where companies can set up their own offshore engineering team - direct, transparent, and fully controlled by them.

Not an agency.
Not a BPO.
Just helping companies build a real remote extension of their startup.

Instead of hiring one $15k/month senior developer, a company could build a 4-person engineering team for the same budget.

I’ve spent the last 12 years building software across different industries - AI, logistics, fintech, automation and I currently serve as the CTO of MindTech AI.

I’ve built products, scaled teams, and worked inside the outsourcing ecosystem long enough to see how inefficient and overpriced it’s become.
