Ear ringing and curiosity

This is my first day taking bupropion, I feel generally good, I had energy rashes today that felt good but then some anxiety. One side effect I'm experiencing right now is ear ringing on my right ear, does it go away? Hope that this energy rashes don't cause insomnia, I'm taking trazodone too for that
