Friends account hacked

Hi guys, my friend has had their account hacked, they somehow deactivated his 2fa, and they have changed his email etc so he now gets no communications.

They have changed the gamertag and name also, but he cannot get help as ps support isnt open on weekends.

Is there any ideas as to what he can do?
