Barangay Complaint Question

Ano pong mangyayari kung hindi ako sisipot sa invitation ng kapitbahay to the barangay para magreklamo regarding the parking situation sa apartment complex na nirerentahan namin?

May kaso ba agad yun? Sobrang petty po kasi ng complaint it is not worth going :-/

The parking situation: With only one exit from the apartment complex, magkakasunod na bumper to bumper ang parking. Para makalabas, kakatukin pa ng kapitbahay yung may ari ng kotse na nasa unahan to get out.

Naiinis yung kapitbahay na we are not always available to immediately take out our car kapag may urgency sila. Example: Naglakad to grocery shop ang nanay ko and she will be gone for awhile tapos nobody is around to drive. They will usually call yung property owner to contact my mom to move the car.
