Why do these things happen to me?

I haven't been able to play for two days. Neither qualifying nor casual. I have all the damn sportsmanship points and I've been waiting for a game for almost 3 minutes. I thought it was an internet thing or something like that But no... They just don't want me to play... Does anyone give their opinion on my situation?
