Is it safe to travel as a Venezuelan green card holder to Europe?
So I came to to the US on Biden's administration as a venezuelan asylum seeker in 2022, turned myself at the border to CBP as soon as I walked in, had my court appointment in 2024 in which I won my asylum case in front of judge and I became a green card holder in February 2025 (so Trump's administration).
I had a trip planned for the beginning of 2026 to Europe for 2 weeks, but I've seen so many weird cases of people getting detained on their immigration appointments such as interviews to green cards and naturalization and I know my country is on the red list and most likely will be going to secondary inspection at the TSA/CBP when returning. I know this info could be extra but I'm a white looking guy with a more white first name, no tattoos and fluent English (I've heard they discriminate for the way you look)
Is there any suggestions or advices you could give me? My record is clean, not even a single traffic ticket and I pay taxes each year. Thank you!
