Newbie here! Please suggest a good hand grinder which is relatively cheap🥺

I have just started out with brewing my own coffee and just noticed that the coffee really looses its flavor towards the end. Someone told me that it wont be the case if i grind the coffee myself.

Can someone gimme a suggestion for the same? Thanks.
