SoFIRN Copper SC13A lights arrived - one is DOA

Bought a 3000k and a 5000k and the 5000k spent flash or light up at all. Both batteries show up as 4.0v and I tried both tailcaps. 5000k shows no signs of life. Guess I need to contract customer service unless something thinks of a fix I may have overlooked.
