looking for planner people in tech!

I am transitioning from being a full time uni student to being a full time tech employee and I am in need of a planning system overhaul. For the last several years I have used Google Calendar and Google Tasks religiously but I’ve fallen off in the past couple of months and have been more drawn to a physical paper planner. I’ve tried a bujo in the past but the setup is too much work. I mostly have scraps of paper as todo lists and sticky notes for appointments all over my desk. It is a mess.

I’m looking to see how people in tech use their planners, I know a lot of projects are digitized and my team uses Jira and Trello a lot so how do you walk the line between physical and digital?
