Escitalopram (Lexapro)

Has anyone here used escitalopram as an SSRI? I was listening to an Australian podcast called The Penis Project, and the guy on the podcast said he started taking it and it had little side effects, so just wondering what other people’s review on it is.

One additional question, I have a tight pelvic floor due to my anterior pelvic tilt, which I know as I get involuntary pelvic contractions during masturbation and sex, and find it hard to reverse kegal when I’m excited. Therefore, would SSRIs still work in my case?
