Friend is experiencing the following, any insight appreciated. Thank you.

• Tiny bumps that feel like millions of sacks at the base of each hair folical
• Concentrated spots
• They look like tiny scabs
• When head was shaved they looks like moles.
• When you push down on them they move from pressure and they can pop.
• Was wearing a hat and felt them go into ears.
• Scoped the ears with an ear scope and they could be moved and popped with the tip of the ear scope.
• Was in the BadLands in S. Dakota, felt something bite at the base of the skull at top of spine. There were three bite marks making a triangle. I kinda felt like mosquito bites.
• Woke up and back of neck was swollen from ear to ear like an inflatable tube of as under the skin.
• Been to Doctors, dermatologists, nurse practitioners
• 2 biopsies both came back as prurigo nodularis which is basically gaslighting.
• Been treated for ringworm anti fungus medication
• No one has been able to identify what it is.
• Done a few cycles of ivermectin.
• It seems to be morphing and adapting to whatever.
• An herbalogist suggested it could be Lyme.
