Need an HVAC system consultant/designer

I'm a residential builder with a great HVAC subcontractor, whom isn't specialized in complex or detailed systems. I am looking for an HVAC specialist that can spec out some equipment and provide design ideas for my new construction and remodel projects. I'm typically spray foaming the entire envelope and I need advice on various products fir make-up air, dampers, and controllers. I feel there's so many products and a lot of installers love to recommend expensive gear. I need some non biased ideas and recommendations and for which I'll pay a fee.
