Terrible Cramps

So its my first time being on Depo as I have my second appointment in January. And my period started again which I was told about before I got the shot and I even asked about how the cramps would be since thats why I started in the first place. And I was told that they wouldn't be bad.

But on the second I had the worst cramp I ever experienced. I felt like I was gonna throw up and I kept running back a forth to the bathroom. I ended up taking 3 ibuprofen but they did nothing. I'm pretty sure it went on for 20-30 mins but once it was over I just took a nap.

I'm used to my cramps being bad but I was still able to function or take one ibuprofen and I'll be good. Also after words a bloodclot (I think thats what it was. It was red but was also light pink) that was almost the same size of my pad came out.

I just want to know should I be worried
