Landlord forbids charging e-scooters

Hi everyone, Today I received an email from my landlord stating that charging e-scooters inside the building is strictly forbidden due to fire risk and electricity usage. They also warned about consequences if one is found again.

I use a Segway Ninebot E3 Pro D as my daily transport. I only charge it once per week, and a full charge takes about 4 hours. I always charge it while I’m present and in the corridor away from flammable objects.

Despite this, the landlord insists on a total charging ban. This is difficult for me because the scooter is my main way to commute.

Has anyone experienced something similar in Germany? Does he have the right for a full ban? How do you deal with charging if it’s forbidden in your building? Any practical or legal advice would be appreciated.
