Black ops 6

Okay yall, I’m full blown crashing outtttt! So I was having issues playing black ops 6 last night it kept giving an error. I deleted the game off my console and now it’s not anywheres even in my purchased games to re download. It’s telling me to re purchase the game. I am having a meltdown and PSN is no help nor answering the chat or phones! Someone HELP! Why is this happening?
