What happens if Jackie Jr turned himself in to the police for robbing the card game?

Jackie Jr could easily go to the police and admit that he robbed Sunshine's card game and watched Dino kill Sunshine and blame it on him and try to use the police to protect him from Tony, he could even blame Dino for shooting Furio in the foot, then use the police to hide from trouble.
