These two frames have intrigued me ever since Fatutu's anecdote was released in 2024. I think it has 2 meanings. The first is in-world and shows us how Selone is slowly adapting to life outside her island home. The second is based on real life and is the meanging that has kept naging me for about 1 year. If you were to apply these lines to BluEpoch as a company trapped/based in China, then I assume you can understand my confusion.

For years, I have believed that the Chinese Communist Pukeheads had a "Great Firewall" in place to filter EVERYTHING digitally entering the country to ensure the people of China could only see things as the CC Pukeheads want them to be seen. But then this very game comes out and it is filled with references to global events and ideas and people and right now the game has a collab with a separate game series that references the existence of deities. I have also believed that the CC Pukeheads only allowed faith in whoever was in power this very second, which gets updated as new idiots fill the same seats of power.

What really got me thinking about this was Fatutu's anecdote. To be exact, it was what her friend said in the first chapter.
"Insert pictures of Faturu's friend talking about the outside world here."

How exactly did BluEpoch learn about real history while ,I assume, trapped inside the stupid "Great Firewall"? How exactly does the CV Pulekeads feel about the general Chinese public getting a small taste of actual facts instead of exclusively CCP filtered garbage? How exactly is BluEpoch able to get away with sharing a small sliver of the truth while the CC Pukeheads are desperately trying to control everything and everyone all the time?

Lastly, for those out there who will undoubtedly be super confused by my confusion, just look at the thumbnails and video titles for the YouTube channel "China Uncensored". As far as I care, political details aside, the CC Pukeheads are the modern Nazi threat.

Is the "Great" "Firewall" of China still active to this day?
