Girlfriend keeps getting me gifts.

my gf keep getting me stuff from swiggy, amazon and blinkit. She literally got me a watch worth 2k today when i told her like a 100 times to stop getting me stuff. They literally leave the parcel in the pg reception when im at work so i cant even call and tell them to not deliver it and take it back! i feel really guilty for accepting her gifts and i literally cant spend money on her like she spends it on me and she says she understands that and is okay with it. How do i tell her that im not comfortable with her getting me stuff all the time
