Was looking at moving out of my current hellhole (east tn), love how the nature is, but holy fuck the politics here are dire for me (trans woman, literally the worst state for me laws wise), when I mention COL, consider that I currently make 275k here, and demand is pretty much universal (mental healthcare), so I can afford higher COL areas. And barely even something to consider but would be nice to have, having a good sized BDSM scene
