Want to buy iPhone 16 pro max

Okay so I live in India and i have been meaning to buy 16 pro max since the past 6 months but haven't been able to buy it because it's wayy too expensive in India. So I am asking if anyone is coming from the USA, can they buy one for me and I'll pay them when I meet them. I just want the 256gb variant and I don't want refurbished version I just want the new condition one. I have seen that it has been listed on Walmart and BestBuy, ofcourse I'm trying to buy from usa but I want to avoid import tax so if anyone is coming from the USA this month around, contact me if you're up to buy it for me. Just so we are clear I'll only be able to pay $50 extra for your troubles as I am very tight on budget right now.
