The past weeks the streets of comercal road of this creatrue , he a older white man 40 to 50 and wears a long brown coat , a black top hat with a cross on it , waves around a flag it used to have usa , england and france now its england and union jack , he has a pitbul without a leash running around , hes weirdly nice to old people and he filps of minortys and trys to hand people refrom flyers , just asking about him and to give people the heads up to avoid him as i feel he may be dangours
