Dating app scam

Male victim

Met a girl on a dating app, sent videos of me beating my meat (stupid ifk) & now she's made this pic collage and sending it to my followers on IG. The pictures have my body parts covered up but they said they will send the uncensored version if I dont pay them. I just turned 18 and dont have money to give them even if i wanted to. Wtf do i do?
