Is there a way I can help my mom practice for her zoom divorce hearing?

She is old and technically challenged. I will not be there on the hearing day to help her, so I am wondering if there is a way I practice with her beforehand.

Apparently the judge will have her wait in the waiting room until he calls her.

I was thinking of simulating that because we have two computers but how do I turn on the waiting room feature?
