PkHex legends za scizor

Can anyone help me figure out how to get alpha scizor on za using pkhex? I cannot get the encounter type to be valid. Nor the alpha to be valid. Tried making its encounter a trade, changed ot, etc. Spent quite a while messing with it and just couldn't get it right. Any help appreciated.
