I think I've made the discovery of the century.

As you know, I'm a big supporter of Adam having the White Fang's support until the very end. So, how? A change in the script, obviously.

In this case, Cinder and Hazel give orders to Adam and the White Fang. In case the police and Huntsmen come to the academy (because the White Fang infiltrated the city), Adam would have to prepare a plan.

And the plan would be simple. On the night of the battle, using Bullheads, the White Fang would release Alpha Grimm in the city of Mistral, in the areas with a large human population.

So, when Ghira and Blake appear with the Faunus militia, Kali appears alone. Why? Because the Huntsmen and the police had a last-minute change of plans. Now they have to fight the Grimm and evacuate the civilians.

**Blake said:** More police are on their way, Adam. Huntsmen too.

And well, here it is, just Kali, Ghira, Sun, Blake, and Ilia with a group of civilians who don't have much training. Anyway, Adam and the White Fang end up escaping (after defeating the Faunus militia, but fearing that the Huntsmen will come anyway).

Since Adam didn't abandon his troops, he maintained their loyalty.

Remember that the reason Adam lost their loyalty was because he abandoned them in the canon.

**Ilia said:**

He was the only one to escape tonight. Those in the White Fang who followed him? They won't support a leader who abandons his people. He won't have their help after this. He'll have no one at all. And the White Fang will be left divided.

There you have it. Adam with the loyalty of the White Fang, to go to Atlas or the Land of Darkness. Or even be left in Mistral to start a civil war now that there are hardly any Huntsmen left in the kingdom. Adam could even be placed in Vacuo to prepare for the next invasion. Whatever.

I know CRWBY wanted to drop the subject already. But think of this as an opportunity for **fanfiction**.

And Roman? Well, just give him a Semblance. Remember how Fiona's Semblance was originally planned for Roman? Well, just give him that Semblance.

**Harriet's character card says:** Harriet Bree of our Ace Ops is undeniably one of the fastest Huntresses to ever exist. **Speed Semblances are fairly common**, but one of this caliber is unheard of. We have conducted many tests on her, and cross-referencing her results with what is already known about Semblances helped us create a hypothesis.
If Semblances are reflections of who you are, your soul, then perhaps Harriet's speed has something to do with her incredible impatience? Because nothing in this world moves quickly enough for Operative Bree.

So Roman could have a semblance similar to Fiona's.

It's a very powerful semblance. That could keep Roman useful to Salem.

Remember that Roman was able to steal a lot of Dust in the kingdom with the help of the White Fang and Neo. He was able to manipulate the White Fang into helping him, and they even called him boss. Roman is someone who knows how to operate Atlesian technology.

And above all, he's very intelligent.

With this powerful semblance, he could be more useful in fights and even steal more. Imagine him stealing a truckload of Dust and then throwing it at an enemy.

Now, obviously we'd have to change the part about Roman dying at the hands of a Grimm. Let's say he dodges the Grimm, and once Ruby recovers her scythe, he manages to knock Ruby off the ship.

Also, if the characters become more capable with training and experience... What makes Roman unable to become more capable with training and experience? Along with Neo, he will be very dangerous. Because having him means having Neo.

Again, **this isn't what I think should have happened in canon.** It's more of an idea for **fanfiction**.

I found a way for Adam to maintain the loyalty of the White Fang. And I also found a way for Roman to be useful to the villains (in case you want to keep him alive in your fanfics)
