wfh more productive than wfo

there is lot of discussions by every hr and ceo on how high the level of office discussions helps industry to go forward than megre wfh

i can say in my xx digit years of my entire career i have been more useful to project as serious employee when wfh option was provided than when there is wfo.

only people asking wfo are either seriously stupid people with show off skills or very useless high package senior professionals who are neither useful technically or finacially to the company

list of issues so far in all my years of experience

hygiene of workplace: i fell more sick through using office equipment than getting my own laptop. sick all year round

hyginene of washrooms: you know you are sharing spaces. you have to be one brabe soul to use those shared spaces day after day

useless team meetings: the time spent on team meeting virtually lasted 30 minutes. one which required physical presence not less than 1 hour.

worst caffeteria cold food: you regret eating thay even few times a week.

daily public travel and commute: this where it gets everyday a real pain. your bus never arrives on time it never stops on spot you have push yourself in and out all for 2 hours even that time is when there is no traffic.

your pervert sometimes own manager colleagues: there are times we hope we never meet them there are sometimes they are sole incharge of you.

junior level colleague: im scared to find out what they have been talking for 4 hours without doing any work. are they plotting murder or already killed somebody finding place to bury.

there are better things in entire life to spend my time on apart from these hours im using to blend this unnecesary things into peoples life
