trying to figure out this brand of boots

Does anyone know which brand made Chelsea boots that had a large emblem of a person on horseback silhouetted (I think) on the soles? I purchased a pair about 25 years ago and they lasted for over 20 years. I thought they were Børn boots but I can't find any mention of this sole on their site.
