Need Help Sending My IELTS Computer-Based Scores

I recently received my IELTS (computer-delivered) results, but I’m a bit confused about the process of sending my scores to institutions.

When I try to select an institution, it asks for a reference number and also gives the option to send scores when I receive them, but I’ve already received my results.

If I choose the option to send any future scores, it shows as “delivered,” which is confusing.

Has anyone experienced this before? How did you send your already-released score report to universities?
