FordPass connect dropping out 30 min after locking car?

Hi, today I took delivery of my brand new Tourneo Courier BEV.

However after getting home I noticed that the Ford app stops working about 30 minutes after turning off/locking the car. if I go back to the car and start her back up she works fine again.

I also successfully added it to my home assistant, and that basically confirms that about 30 minutes after locking the ford servers lose connection with the car.

Any suggestions of what I could try before I head back to the dealership on Monday?
