{Please vote} Is processing time included in the 3 year duration of PGWP for recent approvals?

To those who have been recently approved and got the expiry dates, were they 3 years from the day you got approved or from the day you applied (and were eligible to work full time?

Although I believe the former is true, I have seen many posts about the latter?
