Should I get my "dribbling" combi boiler flue altered?

Moved into a house last year and the flue from the new combi boiler is dribbling(although when it's cold it's more like a tap) onto the tin/fake tile conservatory roof below it. Aside from the awful noise from it, could this eat away at the conservatory roof because the condensate is slightly acidic? The roof looks fine but idk long term how it'll be. Would it be a big job to get it altered?
