I failed my driving test in Blyth with a dangerous and two serious mistakes that were explained to me right after the test. The examiner didn’t mention any minors and my instructor was like oh wow no minors! It actually went surprisingly well until I had to go right on a busy junction in literally the last 10 mins of the test and it was so busy, I got a serious for undue hesitation and then when I did set off, he had to brake me because a car was coming from my left, although it took me by surprise as that car was coming really slowly and I could’ve definitely made it. Anyway. Right after that, I got a serious mistake because I exited a roundabout and my speedometer showed me the speed limit changed to 40. It does that in error a lot but I wasn’t sure if I missed the sign so I started driving at 39 when about 30 seconds later, the examiner mentioned the speed limit is 30. I immediately apologised and slowed down. I felt that was a little unfair because I controlled my speed quite well on the whole test, never went too slow or too fast anywhere, so it could have been a minor, but oh well.

ANYWAY, I came home and saw the result email from DVSA showing I also got 7 minors and I have no idea what they are for as the examiner never mentioned them at the end of the test. Is this a common occurence?
