What are these tiny maggots/larvae on my floor?

I found similar looking pests in other posts over reddit. People were suggesting dead animals. However, I live in an apartment complex in Germany (4th floor), and I don't think the walls/floor are constructed in such a way that a big dead animal would fit there. They were almost all dead. This is in the living room, and I could not find any found in the entire room.
