Swiss Chalet, yay or nay?

I got some Swiss chalet gift cards, but I haven’t had it in like maybe a decade. I was eyeing the ribs at a Swiss chalet, do you think they’re also frozen or actually slow cooked like they say? When it comes to chain restaurant ribs, I actually don’t mind Montanas, to compare.

Does their stuffing come from a box?
