Picture mode reverts to Movie mode

question

Hello experts - My 2022 Frame does not stay on the standard or dynamic mode, and reverts to the movie mode after 2-3 minutes. When I check the setting it says it is on the standard or dynamic mode, but the screen has definitely switched to the movie mode. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? TIA.
