Fluocinolone acetonide

Anyone else on this? Back to the derm yesterday, I am now supposed to apply this to scalp and let sit for no less than 4 hours with a plastic cap. Also, was given 100 mg of spirolactone and prescription Vitamin D for severe hair loss, lost over 50% of hair volume and loosing hairline within 3 months. I am in menopause … also on HRT. Help!
