Transitioning into Online Personal Training - Looking for Real-World Insight
Hey everyone,
I’m currently studying for my NASM certification and transitioning into fitness full-time, with the long-term goal of building a sustainable online coaching business - not chasing “fast cash,” but creating something structured and client-centered.
For those of you who operate online PT businesses (especially those who’ve scaled beyond the first wave of clients), I’d love your perspective on a few things:
- What was the most helpful channel or strategy for securing your first consistent stream of online clients?
- What do you wish you had prioritized earlier when building your online coaching offer/delivery?
- What had the biggest impact on retention and referrals as you grew?
If you're open to a short conversation to go a level deeper, I’d really value the insights. And since I come from finance, I’m happy to reciprocate with personal-finance or investing guidance if it’s helpful.
Appreciate any real-world lessons you’re willing to share.
