I am so thankful to find this group! I'm dealing with a large submucosal fibroid & perimenopause. Due to the heavy bleeding they decided to try a Mirena in October. Since then it was SUPER light, until just before Thanksgiving. I started spotting & passing large clots, and then just consistent really really heavy bleeding & large clots. I'm given to understand this may be my new normal. How do you deal? I mean like are you just constantly wearing a pad? The doc tells me tampons aren't great if you pass large clots...
