Help with sizing

Hey, could anyone help me with sizing of sweaters and crewnecks? I am usually size small in everything, and I got a Russell crewnecks size small as well that fits me perfectly I heard that the sizings are funky especially the crewnecks, anyone my size that could help me a bit? I'm 5'7 and 130 pounds
