What I like about each option:

Hot Spring Flash • Salt-water system (gentler on skin & less odor) • Very comfortable seating and good insulation • Reputation for reliability and long-lasting parts • Softer, more spa-like feel

Jacuzzi J-345 • SmartTub app + remote control (this seems amazing for Airbnb hosting) • Strong hydrotherapy jets and nice therapy seat • Good filtration & UV system • Great control panel and user interface

My big questions for current owners: 1. Which brand has given you fewer issues over the years? 2. Does the Jacuzzi SmartTub app actually help in real life? 3. Is the Hot Spring salt-water system worth it for guests? 4. For Airbnb hosts — which brand leads to fewer guest complaints? 5. Any regrets choosing one over the other?
