New player code question

Hello, I am trying to redeem the UDK new player code, him and Xenomorph would be strong for a new acct. The problem is I have played this game on my device before on my main, any way to bypass this so plarium recognizes accounts on my device as new player accounts? I am on IPhone if that helps
