Which version of AYN THOR should I choose?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying the AYN Thor, but I'm not sure which version to choose. I'd like to be able to play as many games as possible, and I'd like to know how much of a difference there is between the 8GB, 12GB and 16GB versions. Is there a noticeable difference in gaming performance? I'm not very familiar with how Android components work, so I wouldn't know how much of a difference just the RAM makes.

I would really appreciate your opinions on this, thanks.
