Do hospitals/private clinics, hospitals take on NQNs on a post study work visa?

I'll be coming in as an international student in janruary. I dont want to stay in the UK (aka a work visa) but I do want to apply for a PSW just to get around a year or two of experience before moving out. I understand even some local NQNs are having a hard time right now in securing jobs considering the NHS cut funding, but is there any chance I'll be able to secure one considering my employer will know I'll be leaving in 2 years ? I'll be graduating in 2029 so do you think the situation will change by then?
