I found money!

I started a new job, which pays slightly more than my last and I remember saying to myself, once I get paid I’m going to give £10 to a homeless person.

I’ve always been one for “they’ll just spend it on drugs” but I realised who cares? They’ll spend whatever money they get on what they want anyway.

So I’d gotten paid, typical, completely forgot about this thing I’d said I’d do.

Then 2 days ago, I parked in the spot I always do, and found £10 on the floor!

Thinking to myself, I’ll get a little Chinese or something that night, since they only take cash. Then on my drive home, I saw homeless people by the road and I’d remembered what I said I’d do.

So today, I went in to the city centre and gave it to a homeless person. Must admit, it felt quite good, I think next time I’d do £2-£3 spread out amongst a few.
