So, I completed an Epic Module where a Genie granted a wish, it can be anything realistic. What to wish for as a 20th level Sorc?

So as mentioned I finished a module. The genie will grant any wish. Since there's not chance of breaking my Characters Wish spell with this, and I've been told by the GM that this can be a permanent thing. I'm wondering what I should choose. I'm entertaining things such as immunity to Psychic damage, but I don't want to sell myself short. Note I'm a Copper (Acid) Draconic Dragonborn Sorc w/ Elemental Adept and the Boon of Recovery (Magic items attuned - Bloodwell Vial +3, Bracers of Defense and Spellstep Tattoo)
